Your daily briefThursday 22 October 2026

Meta ads had a big day on Tuesday: 12 new customers and $1,504 of first orders ($1,439 as counted), on $265 of ads.
Our TikTok ad budget went up 10% on Tuesday, to $264 a day, because 5 new videos went live Monday.
This week's emails could put about $12,700 in the bank in the next 2 weeks, by Tue 3 Nov.

Today's priorities

Everything below is built and checked, most money soonest first. Thursday's 20 emails went out at 10am today.

  1. Cash from email

Emails to customers who already love BROQ could put about $12,700 in the bank in 2 weeks

All 20 of today's emails went out at 10am, in each reader's own time. Tuesday's decisions settled the offers.

About two thirds of the $12,700 comes from the email sets that start Thursday (Claude's email session's figures, set by set).

The $200-off email went out at 10am today in each reader's own time.

See today's emails (opens in a new tab)

This week: about $5,700 of orders to Sun 25 Oct (likely $2,400 to $10,600), most of it in the bank Mon 26 to Tue 27 Oct.

    • $12,700in the next 2 weeks, by Tue 3 Novlikely $5,800 to $25,400
    • $13,400in all by Tue 17 Novlikely $6,200 to $26,600
    • $15,200in all by Thu 31 Declikely $7,100 to $29,400

Expected from the email offers, not money in hand. After card fees; Claude's email session's estimate, from who gets each email and how our past emails sold.

Likely ranges run from every email at its low end to every one at its high end.

About a third of this week's orders come from the offer of 12 more months of BROQ for the price of 6.

New in these figures: an extra $150 off a new 12-month BROQ plan, Thu 22 to Wed 28 Oct, for 75 customers whose prepaid plan ran out.

About $1,500 of the $12,700, after card fees, if 2 or 3 buy (could be $0 to $2,700): Claude's email session's estimate.

You and Nick OK'd this offer and its emails Wednesday evening; they went out at 10am today.

Now counted above: the same 12-for-6 deal, Wed 28 Oct to Sun 1 Nov, for 74 more customers less than a year into a 24-month plan.

Decided Tue 20 Oct, 3:54pm Pacific: yes, with nobody left out.

About $750 of the $12,700 is theirs (likely $600 to $3,000), if 1 in 40 of the 62 on our group emails say yes.

That's Claude's email session's estimate, since people with more than a year left buy less often. Their emails are built.

By noon Tue 27 Oct, this offer needs you and Nick to OK those emails, and Nick's team to add one more $456 checkout that only these customers can reach.

All 20 of today's emails passed Claude's checks of prices, links and inbox views, and all 20 went out at 10am today, in each reader's own time.

Another $1,200 needs Nick's team to make the $250 Opus gift card, sold for $200, by noon Mon 26 Oct.

Nick's team also moves the BROQ renewal button to the same checkout as the offer of 12 more months for $512 (about 20 minutes in Shopify).

That way a BROQ renewal adds 12 months to the customer's current plan, instead of starting a second plan.

Every step for Nick's team, with day and time.

About $1,500 of the $15,200 comes from a second BROQ renewal email, for customers who don't renew after the first, from Tue 10 Nov. That's decided too.

Every email is built in Klaviyo and approved by our email committee, and you and Nick OK'd all 20 of today's.

  2. More cash ideas

Two more ideas with no real downside: up to $250 by Tue 3 Nov, $360 to $1,170 by Tue 17 Nov, and $1,750 to $5,000 by Thu 31 Dec

Messages to past TikTok buyers, and an Amazon offer on SPMD-99 for repeat BROQ buyers. Claude's email session's guesses of cash in the bank, from past orders.

Decided Tue 20 Oct, 3:54pm Pacific: Nick's team sets both up this week.

We already get TikTok's fastest normal payout.

TikTok offered a 30-day free trial of paying us when an order is placed, instead of when it arrives. What it's worth isn't worked out yet.

Nick's team is checking it can be cancelled before the 30 days end.

See the ideas (opens in a new tab)

Your questions from last night, answered

Did June's prepaid BROQ buyers ever get a 1- or 2-year SPMD-99 or NMN-99 offer?

Yes, on 14 September: 12 months for the price of 8, or 24 months for the price of 14.

75 got it and 14 bought: $9,630 in sales to 17 October (Claude's email session, from our Shopify orders).

34 of those June buyers show no Shopify order for the free NMN-99 or SPMD-99 bottle they were promised.

Some may have gone out by hand, so Claude's email session suggests Nick's team checks before any new email to them.

Do BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99 buyers get automatic follow-up emails now?

Not the refill, upgrade or second-product emails. They're switched on but have never sent.

New refill emails that start from each order switch on at 8am Wed 21 Oct (decided Tue 20 Oct, 3:54pm Pacific). The first goes out Thu 12 Nov, 23 days after a one-time order placed today.

About $400 to $800 by 31 Dec, after card fees, from new one-time orders (Claude's email session's guess, from the old refill emails).

Most people these automatic emails for new buyers would reach got our September launch emails.

We're saving them for Black Friday, so these emails skip them.

  3. Email sign-ups

Our home page pop-up now shows sooner, which could add about 5 to 12 sign-ups a week

Since 12 October, 12 in 100 people who see it sign up, up from about 6 in 100 before.

Since about 10:29am today it shows after 5 seconds, on phones too (checked by Claude's email session).

It had waited for 8 seconds and a scroll, so home page views of it fell from 25 a day to 8.

About 5 to 12 more sign-ups a week is Claude's best guess, from home page visits and the 12 in 100 sign-up rate.

It bridges the gap until our two new pop-ups go live.

See the pop-up change (opens in a new tab)
  4. Welcome emails

New sign-ups from our ads get welcome emails that follow on from the ad they clicked

One welcome series for each kind of ad (lab tests, winter, the blood test, fasting and more), all built as drafts in Klaviyo.

They start once our ad pages offer our free Longevity Guidebook, after you and Nick approve the guidebook.

Then about 6 to 15 sign-ups a week: 300 to 500 people a week see the ad pages, and 2 to 3 in 100 sign up (Claude's best guess).

    See the welcome emails ›
  5. Meta ads

Our SPMD-99 slideshow ad, remade to show its lab-tested 20 mg, is approved by Meta

Your and Nick's OK starts it. There's no extra ad spend: it runs inside our current SPMD-99 budget.

Also waiting: your new ‘Top 3 supplements to live to 200’ video, which waits for you and Nick to watch it before it runs as a Meta ad.

Meta has approved it. It shares the budget we already spend on all three products, so there's no extra ad spend.

The good news, and where it's taking us

Meta ads had a big day on Tuesday. 12 new customers and $1,504 of first orders ($1,439 as counted), on $265 of ads.

Over 18 to 20 Oct, Meta came in 10% above break-even (38% counting the extra Amazon sales it brings), its first 3 days above since 13 to 14 Oct.

From Meta's spend and our Shopify orders from new customers. Tuesday did much of it, so expect it to settle back a little.

TikTok too: our TikTok ad budget went up 10% on Tuesday, to $264 a day, after 5 new videos went live Monday.

Next chance: Friday 23 October, 1:05am Pacific. BROQ's new TikTok Shop price, $59.28, leaves more profit from each sale.

A winding path of stepping stones shaped like little video screens climbs a green hill toward a rising sun.

Here's the path.

  1. TikTok gets our energy. It will be our main driver of sales. Klaviyo email is number two.
  2. TikTok doesn't need forcing. It needs videos. As many as we can, every day. That gives us the best odds.
  3. New videos unlock TikTok's next raise.Claude's ads session checks TikTok's budget every 3 days, and every night after a check with no raise. At what each $1 of TikTok ads earns back today (TikTok's own count), it goes up 10% only if new videos went live.5 new videos went live Monday, so at 1:47am Tuesday the budget rose 10%, to $264 a day.Next check: Friday 23 October, 1:05am Pacific.
  4. No ceiling on TikTok.We spend about $370 a day now, because TikTok runs about 40% over the $264 budget. Fed enough videos, we believe it can go well past $1,000 a day.
  5. Everything we make gets posted.4 to 5 posts a day, everywhere. One long longevity video a week, cut into clips, plus a YouTube ads test.
  6. Meta follows its results. We never force the spend. Our best Instagram and Facebook posts become Meta ads. How Meta's budget follows results ›

TikTok videos to film today

Filmed Monday

Your new ‘Top 3 supplements to live to 200’ video is filmed and edited, in four versions

Watch: TikTok · Meta ad · Facebook post · Instagram post. Each runs about 3 minutes.

Upside: the first ‘Top 3’ brought in 12 TikTok Shop orders ($793.85) on $85.73 of TikTok ads in the first 5 days, 13 to 17 October (TikTok's GMV Max report).

Posted on TikTok before Friday 23 October, 1:05am Pacific, it lets TikTok's budget go up then, since a raise needs a new video.

Running it as a Meta ad: on hold. It waits for Mike and Nick to watch it first (decided Monday 19 October, 7:10pm Pacific).

TikTok and Meta

New video scripts for Meta ads, built on the ads that are selling now

Tue 20 Oct was a big day on Meta: 12 new customers, $1,504 of first orders from $265 of ads (our daily Meta ads report). The 8 new scripts build on it.

  1. "The #2 selling sulforaphane product claimed 50mg. And the lab test said 16mg."
Another brand's label against its lab result, in a BROQ script. BROQ's Meta ads earn back the most of our three ($2.30 per $1 of ads from new customers, $2.89 counting Amazon sales, 18 to 20 Oct; $1.00 is break-even). For Meta and TikTok.

A microscope beside a pack of BROQ
  2. One video with the lab results for all three products

How often to post

Each TikTok account can post many videos a day with a product link: up to 30, or 3 while new to our Shop

  1. Many videos a day on each account, 2 to 3 hours apart: worth doing. Claude's TikTok ads committee all agree: every new video is another chance to sell.

  2. Every post must be new. TikTok Shop's US rules ban reposts and reused scripts, so each account gets its own first line, opening shot and wording.

  3. Limits: 30 videos a day per account with a product link, or 3 a day in an account's first 30 days on our TikTok Shop (TikTok Shop's US rules).

Best times: Tuesday to Thursday, about 11am to 6pm Pacific (a 2026 study by Sprout Social, a social media software company).

How TikTok grows

  1. Every 3 days, at 1:05am Pacific, the budget moves on what TikTok Shop's own sales earned back per $1 of ads.

  2. Now: a $264 a day setting, so about $370 a day spent (TikTok runs about 40% over its setting).

  3. Tuesday 20 October, 1:47am Pacific: up 10%, from $240 to $264 a day, because 5 new videos went live Monday. Next chance: Friday 23 October, 1:05am.

The ladder TikTok's budget climbs, every 3 days

TikTok budget ladder: every 3 days the budget changes by what each $1 of TikTok ads earned back from TikTok Shop's own sales.$1.20 or more: up 35%. $1.00 to $1.19: up 30%. 85 to 99 cents: up 20%. 65 to 84 cents: up 10%. 58 to 64 cents: holds. Under 58 cents: cut 15% to 30%. Raises only happen when new videos went live and TikTok spent at least 80% of its budget. Now, Wed 14 to Fri 16 Oct: 79 cents, in the up 10% step. Expected by Saturday 28 November: about 95 cents, in the up 20% step. TikTok Shop's own sales, per $1 of ads Earned back Budget $1.20 or more up 35% $1.00 to $1.19 up 30% 85¢ to 99¢ up 20% expected: 95¢ 65¢ to 84¢ up 10% now: 79¢ 58¢ to 64¢ holds under 58¢ cut 15% to 30%

Now: 79¢ earned back per $1 of TikTok ads, from first-time buyers only, Wed 14 to Fri 16 Oct.

Expected: about 95¢ by Sat 28 Nov (Claude's TikTok committee's guess, and the least certain number here).

Good news: BROQ's new TikTok price ($59.28, up from $49.72) leaves more profit from each sale. From Friday's check, the same sales earn back more.

This morning's check read 72¢ (Sat 17 to Mon 19 Oct). Checked against the new price, the same sales read 88¢, in the up 20% step.

Only 2 of about 22 BROQ buyers paid the new price, so Friday's reading may differ (Claude's ads session, from TikTok's orders).

Raises only when new videos went live and TikTok spent at least 80% of its budget. Otherwise it holds.

Each $1 TikTok Shop sold came with about $1.00 more on Amazon and our website (up to $1.70).

Most likely people who saw TikTok and bought elsewhere: Claude's estimate from 66 weeks of our sales, not a test.

Earned back per $1 of TikTok ads, 14 to 16 October ($1.00 is break-even: the first order's profit pays for the ad). TikTok Shop's own sales only: 79 cents. Plus half the extra Amazon and website sales: $1.36. Plus all of them: $1.94. Earned back per $1 of TikTok ads, 14 to 16 Oct TikTok Shop's own sales only 79 cents Plus half the extra Amazon and website sales $1.36 Plus all of those extra sales $1.94 break-even: $1.00

TikTok's own count of sales per $1 takes in repeat buyers and monthly subscription orders too. These earned-back figures count first-time buyers only.

Why raise below $1.00? Counting half of those extra Amazon and website sales, 79¢ becomes $1.36, above break-even.

Where TikTok could go, if it keeps paying

The path the bank forecast assumes: up evenly from $340 a day to $1,500 a day by Mon 14 Dec.

$340 is real spend on Sun 18 Oct, at the old $240 budget. $1,500 is Claude's TikTok committee's realistic top, with new videos every day.

TikTok spend per day, if it keeps paying: from about $340 a day on Sunday 18 October to about $900 by mid-November and $1,500 by Monday 14 December.A rising line from $340 a day on Sunday 18 October to about $900 a day in mid-November and $1,500 a day on Monday 14 December, against a flat line if it stayed at $340 a day. The shaded gap is the extra spend. $1,500 a day is not a ceiling. $500 $1,000 $1,500 $0 $340 about $900 $1,500 TikTok spend per day staying at $340 18 Oct mid-Nov 14 Dec

$1,500 a day isn't a ceiling. Each time spend doubles, expect about 10% less earned back per $1.

The cash it takes first, then pays back

TikTok and Amazon pay us about 2 weeks after each sale, so growing TikTok ties up cash for a while.

Against staying at Sunday 18 October's $340 a day, counting half the extra Amazon and website sales:

  • By Sat 31 Oct$2,600tied up
  • By Sat 14 Nov$8,800tied up
  • On Thu 31 Dec$7,300tied up

The most tied up at once: about $14,000, on Fri 11 Dec.

Then it pays back. By 31 December it has earned about $27,000 more profit, but about $34,000 of payments are still on their way from TikTok and Amazon.

They land in January, while January's new sales tie up cash the same way. Then, January to about May, new subscribers' monthly orders bring about $46,000 more profit.

What's selling: videos with Mike on camera lead

Our best sellers up to 17 October, from the ad library: every Meta ad and TikTok video we run, with what each sold.

On TikTok, each $1 of ads brought $3.33 of TikTok Shop sales, 9 to 17 October (TikTok's GMV Max report, by video).

Mike is in 10 of them, including “Why did my doctor never tell me about this” (pictured).

Not counted here: Black Friday above and “In 2 years I turn 60”, which got far more ad money.

Worth considering: TikTok's campaign put $63 a day behind Mike's March video “In 2 years I turn 60”, 9 to 17 October (on Sunday 18 October it got only $16).

It brought 49 cents of sales per $1, a seventh of our $3.33 average.

If TikTok lets us take that video out, the $880 it would get over 2 weeks, if it goes back to $63 a day, would go to other videos.

If those earn our $3.33 average (Claude's assumption, every buyer counted), that's about $2,900 of TikTok Shop sales instead of about $430.

Expected from the email offers, not money in hand: cash in the bank after card fees (Claude's email session's estimate, from past email sales):

By Tue 3 Nov$12,700By Tue 17 Nov$13,400By Thu 31 Dec$15,200

About $5,700 of it is orders this week, to Sun 25 Oct (likely $2,400 to $10,600).

About a third of this week's orders are the offer of 12 more months of BROQ for the price of 6.

Shopify pays them in about 2 working days, so most reaches the bank Mon 26 to Tue 27 Oct.

Likely ranges, from every email at its low end to every one at its high end:

$5,800 to $25,400 by Tue 3 Nov; $6,200 to $26,600 by Tue 17 Nov; $7,100 to $29,400 by Thu 31 Dec.

12 more months of BROQ for the price of 6

about $1,900 in the bank by about Tue 27 Oct

If 1 in 15 of the 47 say yes, at about $524 an order, less card fees.

Why 1 in 15: September's similar $456 offer went to 39 customers with about 9 months of BROQ left. 4 ordered in 2 days, about 1 in 10.

These 47 have about 12 months left, and people with a year or more left buy less often. So Claude's email session counts a little lower.

The 5pm last-day email adds about $300: about 0.6 of an order at June's last-day rate, so in practice $0 or about $500.

40 pay $456; the 7 who get two packs a month pay $912.

Likely range: $800 (1 in 30 say yes) to $3,500 (1 in 8, plus one order from the 5pm email). That forecast was made Tue 20 Oct, before the first email. Day one, Wed 21 Oct, already brought 4 yeses and $1,824 (Shopify orders; about $1,770 after card fees), nearly all of the $1,900.

Plus about $750 by Tue 3 Nov from 74 more customers less than a year into a 24-month plan, Wed 28 Oct to Sun 1 Nov (likely $600 to $3,000).

Untapped money with no real downside: they pay now, and their 12 extra months start when their current plan ends.

What it is
12 more months for $456 instead of $912, plus a free NMN-99 and a free SPMD-99
Who gets it
47 customers a year into a 24-month BROQ plan, now including the 4 told in June that $44.33 a pack was our lowest price ever.
Wednesday's first email went to all 47, those 4 included.
5 more can't get our email.
When it goes
Wed 21, Fri 23 and Sun 25 Oct, plus a 5pm final email, their time, that Sunday.
Ends Sun 25 Oct, 11:59pm Pacific; the emails say it's a one-time offer.
Nick's team
Set up the $456 checkout and loaded each customer's price and link on Tue 20 Oct.

Annual renewals with an extra $100 off

about $3,000 in the bank by Tue 3 Nov

If 5 of the 25 renew, at about $618 an order on average, less card fees.

Most pay $612, $300 below the $912 full price. The 9 who paid $562.80 last year get an extra $150 off: $562, $350 below $912.

One customer renews two plans at once, which lifts the average. Likely range: $1,600 to $4,900 in the bank by Tue 3 Nov.

About $1,200 of it is orders by Sun 25 Oct, in the bank by about Tue 27 Oct. The extra $100 ends Wed 28 Oct.

What it is
A year of BROQ for $612 with a code, plus a free month of SPMD-99: an extra $100 off the $712 annual plan price
Who gets it
The 25 customers whose 12-month BROQ plans are running out, or just ran out. Customers abroad aren't included this time.
When it goes
Thu 22 Oct (Mon 26 Oct for 3 who also hold a 24-month plan). The extra $100 ends Wed 28 Oct, 11:59pm Pacific.
Nick's team
Makes the BROQ renewal codes and loads each customer's price and code by 7am Thu 22 Oct.

12 more months of BROQ for $512, for annual plans that end after 2026

about $2,300 in the bank by Tue 3 Nov

If 1 in 12 say yes: 51 we can email at $512, and 2 on two packs a month at $1,023, less card fees. About 4 orders.

September's similar offer (12 more months of BROQ for $456) went to 39 customers and got 4 orders in 2 days, about 1 in 10. This one is $512.

Likely range: $1,100 (1 in 25 say yes) to $4,600 (1 in 6).

About $900 of it is orders by Sun 25 Oct. Orders close Tue 27 Oct, so it's all in the bank by Fri 30 Oct.

They pay now. The 12 extra months start when their plan ends, mostly June to October 2027.

What it is
12 more months of BROQ for $512: an extra $200 off the $712 annual plan price, $400 below the $912 full price, with the code already applied by the button
Who gets it
60 BROQ annual customers whose plans end after 31 Dec 2026.

The 2 on two packs a month get their own copy at $1,023 for 12 more months ($400 off).
Left out: 4 already in this week's other offers.

If 1 in 35 of the 70 notes brings a yes (about 2 orders), at $412 for SPMD-99 or $590 for NMN-99, paid in full, less card fees.

1 in 35 is Claude's email committee's guess, a little below its 1 in 25 guess for a $100-off version of the same plan.

Likely range: $490 (1 order) to $2,850 (about 6 orders). About $290 of it is SPMD-99 orders by Sun 25 Oct.

Growing our email list

Every new sign-up gets our welcome emails, which are already switched on. More sign-ups, more email sales.

Welcome-email sales if both new pop-ups go live today, Wed 21 Oct (Claude's best guess, from Klaviyo's numbers):

Each sign-up brings about $5 of welcome-email sales. Low end: about 19 more a month; high end: about 460, 1 in 100 of our 46,000 monthly visitors.

From: Meta's spend and Claude's count of first-time buyers from Meta ads ($1.00 back per $1 is break-even). With Amazon sales: Claude's estimate, from past weeks with and without ads.

  1. Every 48 hours, at about 12:31am Pacific, each product's budget moves on what its ads earned back from new customers in the last 3 days.

Next: Friday 23 October, 12:01am Pacific, once you and Nick OK it (its question is on the questions page).

The ladder each budget climbs or steps down

Meta budget ladder: each product's budget changes by what each $1 of its Meta ads earned back from new customers in the last 3 days.$1.50 or more: budget up 25%. $1.30 to $1.49: up 20%. $1.20 to $1.29: up 15%. $1.10 to $1.19: up 10%. 80 cents to $1.09: holds; $1.00 is break-even: the first order's profit pays for the ad. 70 to 79 cents: down 10%. 60 to 69 cents: down 15%. 50 to 59 cents: down 20%. 40 to 49 cents: down 25%. Under 40 cents: down 30%. Fri 16 to Sun 18 Oct, the 3 days Monday's change used: NMN-99 earned back 53 cents per $1, in the down 20% step; SPMD-99 and BROQ 48 cents each, in the down 25% step; multi-product ads 30 cents, in the down 30% step. Earned back per $1 of Meta ads, 16 to 18 Oct Earned back Budget $1.50 or more up 25% $1.30 to $1.49 up 20% $1.20 to $1.29 up 15% $1.10 to $1.19 up 10% 80¢ to $1.09 holds $1.00 break-even: the first order's profit pays for the ad 70¢ to 79¢ down 10% 60¢ to 69¢ down 15% 50¢ to 59¢ down 20% NMN-99: 53¢ 40¢ to 49¢ down 25% SPMD-99: 48¢ BROQ: 48¢ under 40¢ down 30% Multi-product: 30¢

Monday's 12:31am change used these figures. Spend follows results, which protects our cash.

Budgets hold from 80 cents because Meta's ads also bring Amazon sales that week, which lift 80 cents to about $1.00.

Any Meta ad that spends $75 with no sales is switched off (checked nightly). If something works, its budget grows; if nothing does, it drifts toward zero.

What "earned back" means

  1. $1 of Meta adsis what we spend.
  2. New customers buytheir first order from those ads.
  3. What's left is "earned back"after product, shipping, card fees and tax.

$1.00 earned back is break-even: the first order's profit pays for the ad. For SPMD-99, $1.71 of sales leaves $1 after those costs.

The bank

About $8,200 a week more profit keeps the bank above $30,000 every day from Tue 3 Nov to Sat 9 Jan

  • That's on top of the bank forecast that Claude's ads and email committee calls very doable, working from our own sales records.
  • That forecast now counts keeping more subscribers and the email offers, at their likely amount: about $12,700 by Tue 3 Nov.
  • If every email does badly, $5,800; if every one does well, $25,400.
  • That's money expected from the email offers, not money in hand.
  • Claude's bank forecast already counts about $4,400 of extra cash from the holidays, 11 Nov to 28 Dec, halfway between a low and a high guess.
  • It comes from the Black Friday bundle emails, Amazon's holiday weeks and Green Monday.
  • Only a better holiday season adds toward the $8,200 a week.
  • Claude's bank forecast works out the $8,200: the smallest extra profit a week that keeps every day from Sun 15 Nov to Sat 9 Jan at $30,000 or more.
  • With it, the bank is above $30,000 from Tue 3 Nov, sooner than that target.
  • In sales that's about $13,900 a week, since after product, shipping, card fees and tax we keep about 59 cents of each $1.
  • It assumes TikTok reaches $1,500 a day by 14 December and Meta follows our 48-hour budget rule.
  • Meta alone could do it: $2.05 earned back per $1 by Sun 15 Nov, up from $1.10 over 18 to 20 Oct ($2.57 and $1.38 counting Amazon sales).
    $1.00 is break-even.
  • It counts half of the Amazon and website sales TikTok brings on top, like the rest of this brief. Counting all of them, it would be about $4,300 a week.
  • It also assumes Stan, who finances our stock, lets us keep paying half of each Monday's bill for six months (so far he's agreed to three Mondays).
  • By Sat 31 Oct, lowest$20,400on Thu 22 Oct
  • Sat 31 Oct$29,700
  • 1 to 14 Nov, lowest$29,900Mon 2 Nov, with the extra profit
  • 15 Nov to 31 Dec, lowest$30,400Tue 15 Dec, with the extra profit
  • Thu 31 Dec$40,100if we add about $8,200 a week from 1 Nov

Bills go out before the ads' sales arrive, so the bank dips to about $20,400 on Thu 22 Oct.

It's about $29,700 on Sat 31 Oct and $29,900 on Mon 2 Nov, just under $30,000.

From Tue 3 Nov it's $30,000 or more every day.

Mike's top 5 longevity supplements ad: one fix to its landing page could bring more orders

1. Rework the “top 5 longevity supplements” ad's landing page so the lab results the ad promises come first, not 430 words down?

It gets about a third of the social media visits to the 12 ad pages our social media ads use most.

Only 0.5% of its visitors buy, against about 1.2% on the others.

If it sold like the others: about $700 of first-order sales in 2 weeks, $1,400 in 4 weeks and $3,150 by 31 Dec, before card fees, from 3 more buyers a week (Claude's daily ad page report).

2. Approve the new Longevity Guidebook 2026, the free book people get when they join our email list?

It's rebuilt with Mike's notes of 14 October: Mike no longer appears in it as a character, and there are no blank pages.

3. Turn on our two new sign-up pop-ups, which offer the free guidebook, and their welcome emails?

Few people from our Meta ads join our email list today, so few of them ever get our emails.

Claude's best guess, from Klaviyo numbers: about $100 to $2,300 a month in welcome-email sales.

One word in our three "Your supplements may not contain what's on the label" Meta ads

4. Change "in each capsule" to "in each serving" in our three "Your supplements may not contain what's on the label" Meta ads?

Until Mike and Nick answer, the three live ads keep saying "in each capsule".

The ads say "We put more of the active ingredient in each capsule than any other top brand."

But BROQ's 25 mg comes in two capsules, so one capsule (12.5 mg) has less than one competitor's (14.0 mg in the lab tests).

Meta's ad budgets from Fri 23 Oct

5. Shift Meta's budgets on Fri 23 Oct, 12:01am Pacific: BROQ and multi-product ads up 25%, SPMD-99 down 15%, NMN-99 down 30%?

For Mike and Nick. Until they OK it, the budgets stay as they are.

Our budget rule moves each product's Meta budget on what its ads earned back from new customers over the last 3 days, Sun 18 to Tue 20 Oct: BROQ earned back $2.30 per $1 of ads in first-order profit, multi-product $1.64, SPMD-99 63¢, NMN-99 nothing yet ($1.00 pays for the ad).

Total spend barely changes: about $1.47 a day more (how the rule works).

Mike's new Meta video scripts: a few choices before filming

The TikTok & Meta scripts page now opens with 8 new scripts for Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Each has an ending for Meta and one for TikTok.

Meta ads: the refund promise in the new spermidine (SPMD-99) script

6. Keep Mike's spoken four-month refund promise in the new SPMD-99 script, with the prepaid plan terms on screen under it?

For Mike and Nick: it touches our refund policy.

The new script, "Bryan Johnson stops eating around noon", reuses the ending of our live SPMD-99 "holy grail" Meta ad. See the script ›

In it Mike says: "Take it daily for four months. If you don't see results, email us. You'll get a full refund for all of it."

But the live ad's text gives prepaid plans (such as annual) a refund only for 30 days after the first delivery.

So a prepaid customer who follows Mike's advice for four months gets nothing back.

Keep Mike's spoken four-month refund promise in the new SPMD-99 script, with the prepaid plan terms on screen under it?

Meta ads: the new lab results script for all three products

7. Keep Mike's line "no other top brand comes close" in the new lab results script for BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99?

For Mike: it's his own line, as he filmed it for our live BROQ Meta ads.

His words: "And, for all of our products, these tests show that no other top brand comes close." See the script ›

In the independent lab's tests, one spermidine brand had 19.0mg to SPMD-99's 21.9mg, and one NMN brand 905mg to NMN-99's 1,140mg.

Ours still tested highest in all three, but those two came within 13% and 21% of ours, which a viewer could call close.

Keep Mike's line "no other top brand comes close" in the new lab results script for BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99?

Meta ads: the new blood test script (BROQ)

8. Change one line in the new blood test script, so BROQ isn't the only thing credited for Mike's inflammation level?

For Mike: it's about his own blood test result.

The script, "Inflammation is the biggest driver of aging. This is my level.", shows Mike's inflammation (CRP) blood test result. See the script ›

Claude wrote its line "What I take to keep it there comes from broccoli."

That gives BROQ all the credit, and Mike takes many supplements.

Change one line in the new blood test script, so BROQ isn't the only thing credited for Mike's inflammation level?

Meta ads: the new spermidine (SPMD-99) script

9. Keep Mike's line "You can see the results in your biomarkers." in the new SPMD-99 script, with "See the results in a blood test" on screen under it?

For Mike: it's his own line, from our live SPMD-99 "holy grail" Meta ad.

Claude's script reviewers say a viewer can't tell which test would show the results. See the script ›

Keep Mike's line "You can see the results in your biomarkers." in the new SPMD-99 script, with "See the results in a blood test" on screen under it?

Meta ads: new lines Claude wrote for Mike to say

10. OK the new lines Claude wrote for the new Meta scripts?

For Mike: he'd say them on camera. Each is marked NEW in its script.

  1. The #2 seller script › (BROQ): its opening (Mike's own lines in a new order) and "And 16mg was the best result of the other 20."

  2. The same script's third opening to try: "This is the #2 selling sulforaphane supplement. It gives you about a third of what it claims."

  3. With it, one more line to film: "It claimed 50mg."

  4. The NMN-99 script ›: "If you take NMN, you need to hear this:", its Meta ending "To see NMN-99, tap the button down here." and, in its TikTok ending, "NMN is one of the top 3 supplements I take. My number one comes from broccoli."

  5. The spermidine script › (SPMD-99): "Here's how." and, in its TikTok ending, "Spermidine is one of my top 3."

  6. Its on-screen tag for Bryan Johnson: "THE TECH MILLIONAIRE TRYING TO REVERSE HIS AGE".

  7. The "I take six a day" script › (BROQ): "I take six."

  8. The "Don't trust supplements" script › (BROQ): "For a lot of them, that's true, but not for the reason you think."

OK the new lines Claude wrote for the new Meta scripts?

Meta ads: two facts for the new scripts that only Mike has

11. What is Mike's CRP blood test result, and why did he and Nick make BROQ?

For Mike: his own result and his own reasons. Two of the new scripts need them before filming.

  1. His CRP (inflammation) blood test result, with its unit, for the blood test script ›.

  2. In his own words, why he and Nick made BROQ, for the "I take six a day" script ›.

What is Mike's CRP blood test result, and why did he and Nick make BROQ?

Meta ads: the new lab results script for all three products

12. Keep Mike's line "Most don't deliver what's on the label." in the new lab results script?

For Mike: it's his own wording of 19 Oct.

He says it right after "An independent 3rd-party lab tested the top-selling brands of NMN, spermidine and sulforaphane." See the script ›

It holds for sulforaphane: in the independent lab's tests, 19 of the 20 other top-selling brands came in below their label.

For spermidine alone, 1 of the 3 brands that print an amount came in below it.

Keep Mike's line "Most don't deliver what's on the label." in the new lab results script?

Meta ads: a Meta version of an older script

13. Write a Meta ads ending for the script "NMN or spermidine: which should you take?", linking to the SPMD-99 page?

For Mike and Nick: either of you could film it.

It names SPMD-99 and NMN-99, so it suits Meta, where an ad can link to either product's page. On TikTok our button opens BROQ for now.

It has only a TikTok ending so far. See the script ›

TikTok videos: video idea 37, spermidine (SPMD-99) and fasting

14. Video idea 37, on how spermidine (SPMD-99) gives you the benefits of fasting without skipping a meal: which TikTok Shop listing should its button open?

TikTok videos: video idea 38, Mike's daily routine with all 3 products

15. Video idea 38, Mike's daily routine with all 3 products: should it show the times printed on our product inserts, or the times Mike really takes each one?

TikTok videos: video idea 39, microplastics (BROQ and SPMD-99)

16. Video idea 39, on microplastics, for BROQ and SPMD-99: what should Mike hold up as the video opens?

Recommended: the spoon. The YouTube Short this copies (5.2 million views, YouTube's count) held up a spoon for the same 7 grams, and plastic in your brain startles more than plastic swallowed. See the idea ›

17. Video idea 41, about 20 seconds, no talking: words on screen as Mike sips coffee straight-faced, then shows all 3 products. Start the words with "not to be dramatic but"?

This idea is based on a 2.9-million-view Instagram Reel that opens with "not to be dramatic but" over a straight-faced sip; Mike's line follows, unchanged. See the idea ›

18. Video idea 39, on microplastics, TikTok version: the script has Mike say "If you only start with one, make it BROQ." before "Tap the button down here". Keep it?

The video praises both SPMD-99 and BROQ, but its TikTok button opens only BROQ's listing; this line tells viewers which one the button is for. See the idea ›

19. Older video ideas 11, 15, 30 and 32 have Mike say "the 3 I take every day", as if he takes only 3. Make it "the top 3"?

Mike's own Top 3 video says "the top three supplements I take", and his Top 7 video names seven he takes, so "top 3" keeps it true. See the ideas: 11 ›, 15 ›, 30 ›, 32 ›

Meta ads: the “Scoreboard” ad, remade

20. Start the remade “Scoreboard” ad (BROQ, NMN-99 and SPMD-99) on Meta?

The ad shows our three products against top-selling competitors in independent lab tests.

Remade Monday night: a lab picture first, BROQ shown against only the next best brand, and easy-to-read words instead of orange type.

Watch: phone version (9:16) · feed version (4:5).

It runs in the ad set for all three products and shares its $65.52 daily budget, with no budget change. Meta has approved it, so this OK starts it.

Meta ads: Nick and Sully's TikTok slideshows, now videos

21. Start SPMD-99's “20 mg” slideshow ad on Meta?

6 of Nick and Sully's new slideshow ads went live on Meta at about 8:51am Monday, each in the ad set we already run for its product, with no budget change.

“20 mg: the highest dose in any leading brand” (SPMD-99), remade Monday morning to show lab-tested amounts. Meta approved it, so it starts once Mike and Nick OK it.

The remade “Scoreboard” ad (all three products) is the Scoreboard question.

Meta ad landing pages: eight small fixes

22. Make eight small fixes to our Meta ad landing pages?

Each one makes a page match its ad better, or makes the lab proof and the offer easier to find.

Make eight small fixes to our Meta ad landing pages?
All eight fixes

1. Skin comes first on the page for the SPMD-99 skin ad.

2. The pages say spermidine is "linked to" its benefits, as the ads do.

3. The top 3 video's page gets a small line above its headline: "The top 3 supplements to help you live to be 200+".

4. A green button: "See every brand's lab report".

5. The buy-2 offer becomes monthly-only on all six pages.

6. Six pages that call Uthever, the NMN in NMN-99, "the first" clinically proven NMN say "the only", as Mike's 7 October line does.

7. The top 7, top 5 and "six more years" pages get the "See the offer" button in their top bar.

8. Three more common questions answered, with BROQ's prices.

New Meta picture ads, from this week

14 new picture ads are ready for Meta, waiting for your and Nick's picks

23. Which of the 67 waiting picture ads should start on Meta this week (from Wed 21 Oct)?

At the top of the picks page: 14 new ones, added Wed 14 Oct.

That's 12 pictures (5 of them BROQ), plus a picture ad and a carousel for Mike's "top 5 longevity supplements" ad.

The other 53 are earlier ads still waiting. Nothing new runs until Mike and Nick pick.

Which of the 67 waiting picture ads should start on Meta this week (from Wed 21 Oct)?

Meta ads: Mike's new ‘Top 3’ video

On hold: it isn't built as a Meta ad yet, because it waits for Mike and Nick to watch it first (decided Monday 19 October, 7:10pm Pacific).

24. Run Mike's new ‘Top 3’ video (BROQ, SPMD-99 and NMN-99) as a Meta ad?

Watch the Meta version (3 minutes 19 seconds). It ends by pointing to the independent lab tests, so it links to our lab results page.

It goes in the ad set we already run for all three products, with no budget change.

Its ad text is Mike's own words from the video, plus lines from ads Meta already approved, and it passed three Claude reviews.

In the video and its ad text Mike says “in 342 days, I turn 60”; from today it's 320 days to Mike's 60th birthday (6 September 2027).

This OK runs it as filmed, with “342”; a note can ask for 320 in the ad text.

A few lines in Nick's videos, before they run on Meta

Nick's videos are ready for Meta: Claude's video review committee (7 members) ranked all 34.
The best 3: "We paid a lab to check our own labels", "162 more years of cake" and "I'm not eating this".
A few lines in the top 10 need your and Nick's OK first.

25. Cut 3 lines from Nick's videos and keep a 4th, before they run on Meta?

  1. Cut "Most brands have never had an independent lab test their product and publicly share the results" from "We paid a lab to check our own labels" and two of Nick's NMN videos.

We can't prove it's true of most brands, and "We paid a lab to check our own labels" keeps its opening hook (watch it).

  2. Cut "Dosed at or above the amount used in human studies" about BROQ, in "The top 3" and "Exactly what I take, and when".

BROQ's 25 mg a day is under the 30 to 70 mg the BROQ studies used.

  3. Cut "all those studies", and the sentence that leads into it, from our NMN-99 creator video, the one Andy made.

It claims more than Mike's own wording, "Full 1000mg dose used in studies."

  4. Keep "only the beta form builds NAD+" in "You might be taking the wrong NMN".

It's the standard line from Uthever, the NMN inside NMN-99, and the video's opening hook rests on it.

Cut 3 lines from Nick's videos and keep a 4th, before they run on Meta?
The two blood test picture ads running on Meta

New versions of both are ready, to match the blood test pages reworked Thursday night, 15 October.

26. Switch the BROQ and NMN-99 blood test picture ads to the new versions that match their pages?

Since Thu 15 Oct the pages call the blood tests an invitation and give money back for any reason.

The live ads still show the test steps and say "Prepaid plans" (live and new side by side).

28. Free about 22 GB or more on the Mac by clearing old logs and files nothing live uses?

About 12.8 GB of old Claude Code logs can go now, 9.0 GB more once a background program closes, plus old store theme copies.

The free guidebook: sending it out, and selling it on Kindle

29. Send the free guidebook through BookFunnel, and sell it as a $9.99 Kindle book on Amazon?

BookFunnel ($200 a year) sends the book only to people on our email list.

Each Kindle copy brings us about $5.29. Amazon's book site needs about 10 minutes from Mike or Nick.

Meta ads: measuring how many Amazon sales they bring in

30. Switch Meta ads off in about a quarter to a third of US states for 4 weeks, to measure how many Amazon sales Meta brings in?

6 of the 7 on Claude's Meta measurement committee recommend it.

No extra spend: it pauses $440 to $580 a week of Meta ads there, and the sales they'd bring.

After about 5 to 6 weeks (the 4 weeks, plus 1 to 2 for sales to catch up with the ads) it gives a range, not an exact number.

Its answer: whether Meta's sales in all, Amazon included, are about 1.25 times the website sales it's credited with (what we count now), or about 2 times (enough for Meta to keep its budget).

Refill and win-back emails for customers who ordered before 4 October

31. Add customers who ordered before 4 October to our refill and win-back emails?

If Mike and Nick OK it now, it takes effect once the date-based refill emails are fixed (no date yet).

The date-based refill emails have never sent, because of two Klaviyo faults, one with no known cause yet. The refill emails that started at 8am Wed 21 Oct are for new orders only.

Once the date-based emails are sending, Nick's team would work out when the earlier customers run out and add them.
